In reply to your letter of the 18th. ultimo I beg to inform you that $880.00 was paid into Court to the credit of this action by the Chartered Bank on the 6th. ultimộ. Judgment was given against you on the B4th. December last for $500.00 and costs, which were subsequently taxed at $108.20. There remains due, therefore, under the judgment a sum of $65.20.
